Happy Nappy is setting a rapid pace for the resurgence of cloth diapering services, offering all of its customers a cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative to disposable diapering and even over traditional or "old school" diaper services. Key Points:

• Franchise fee required to secure a qualified site.  
• Royalties of 5% of gross sales
• 2% advertising/marketing royalties of gross sales after first year.
• Initial term of franchise agreement is 5 years, after which your agreement may be renewed for an additional 5 to 15 years
