Payment for Happy Nappy diaper service is through pre-authorized debit (P.A.D.). 

When you sign up for Happy Nappy diaper service, we will send you a pre-authorized debit form to complete. Please have this ready for us to pick up when we deliver your   pre-birth starter package.

Credit Cards

At Happy Nappy, we strive to keep our operational costs down so we can pass the savings on to our customers. That’s why, if you wish to pay with a credit card, your price might be affected depending on your location.

Vacation Policy

Happy Nappy requires advance notice for vacation or service interruptions. Please contact your store location (link to delivery areas) two weeks prior to the date you wish to stop service so that our billing department doesn’t invoice you for that time. Thank you for your cooperation!

Refund Policy on Prepayments

Prepayment is a contract and commitment to receive services for that period of time. If you are unsure that you want to commit to using our service, we suggest trying it for a shorter period of time with the option to switch later. Once you are certain you would like to continue with the service, the prepayment of services to obtain the discount of 10% for 24 weeks is available.

If you or someone else has prepaid for your service, we are unable to refund the balance if you cancel this service before that period expires. This also applies to our regular semi-monthly billing cycle.
